Forrest is a strong and stocky right-handed pitcher with very solid legs and a good base for a pitcher. On the mound Forrest featured a fastball that range between 79 and 76 mph, and he featured a breaking ball between 70 and 72 mph. With a solid arm throwing program, and the creation of more leg drive and arm swing, Forrest should be able to bump his below into the mid 80s by next spring and the increased velocity will also bring more snap and bite to the breaking ball.
