Blake is a lean athletic middle infielder that displayed average actions and slightly above average arm during our infield portion, and both actually played out much better and smoother during the games as he presented himself as a playmaker on defense. During the BP session he had a solid stance, a short takeaway and a nice flat swing path as he sprayed hard-hit balls around the field. In the game he made some nice passes at the ball and hit several balls on the nose.  Blake is a ballplayer with a chance to be a very useful and contributing player at the college level.
