Andrew is a compactly built player who demonstrated slightly below average hands and feet on the infield portion of the work out, with an average arm. His BP session was solid with five hard-hit balls out of eight he had a nice load and take away, short stride with quick hands, the only flaw was a very steep swing path during his BP round, this showed up during the game as due to the steep angles of his swing. On the mound Andrew looked athletic, with a smooth delivery, but featured a short stride and a fastball that ranged between 74 mph and 73, he could gain more velocity with more leg drive and stride down the mound.
