Sean is a right-handed hitting catcher, with an average to slightly above average arm, behind the plate he featured a longer throwing action. He showed soft capable hands. Sean set up slightly too high at times, especially with runners at first base. During his throwing session, his pop times ranged between 2.30 and 2.44 seconds. His game throws were close to the same, as a 2019 catcher, Sean has plenty of time to speed up his footwork, create a shorter arm stroke, and build upon an already strong arm. During BP, Sean had a lot of movement with his head and body, it looked like he was trying to generate power for those movements. His game swings featured a couple hard hit balls, but also some pop-ups. Timing seem to be the key that was missing during his at-bats, though he made contact in each AB.
