Austin is an athletic outfielder/infielder with an average to slightly above average arm for his age, he runs well and had solid actions, as he moved through the ball and had strong accurate arm. His batting practice swings, were steep and featured mostly balls hit to the pull side of the field. The swing is quick, it just needs some slight mechanical adjustments. He had a hard line drive single and a line drive out to RF, along with a few balls to the right side. Austin, with physical and developmental growth should become a premium player.
