Griffith is a left-handed pitcher/outfielder, who from the outfield featured an average to slightly above average arm for his age. He made accurate and quick throws. During BP, Griffith showed a capable bat, his timing was slightly off as he was spinning off the ball and struggled to sync his lower half up with his upper half. During the game he featured a solid inside half swing path and lined a few singles around the outfield. On the mound he featured a fastball between 77 and 75 mph, that had some slight arm side run, and a curveball that spun up at 67 mph. He had a smooth, almost too smooth delivery, and could use more stride and tilt to the plate. The term "too smooth," refers to lack of deception. We look for this young lefty to be pitching at the next level in the future.
