R/R / 6'3" 165 / GPA 3.3 / VERBAL to SACRAMENTO STATE

Fastball: 85-87 / Curveball: 71 / Slider: 77 / Change: 76

Stone is a 2017 RHP.  Hhe features a fastball that ranges between 86 and 85 mph, he had command of it and it had a slight downward tilt. His curveball spun up there at 71 mph and he also featured a changeup at a slightly hard 76 mph. Stone had good mound presence, with a loose and whippy arm. He had some trouble losing the ball to his glove side, as his mechanics were pulling him to 1B side of the field.  No need to panic, because you look at the body and dream about future velocity and pitch-ability. With some solid coaching off the bump, and an arm/weight program, Stone we'll be opening eyes this spring, possibly even for MLB scouts.
