Max is a solid and quick athletic middle infielder with an above average arm and actions in the field. He has solid footwork, and moves through the ball well. He could catch the ball out in front of his body slightly more and work hard to catch it off his left eye. At the plate, Max has a solid swing, and looks like he has a solid approach to the inside half to the ball. His game swings produce a smoked double and another hard-hit line drive. He looks the part of a college player with size, tools, and the results showed more of the same.
