Grant is a right-handed pitcher who features a three-quarter arm slot and a smooth delivery to the plate. He is athletic has a good feel on the mound. He could use his legs more efficiently and work on his drive to the plate to gain more velocity in the future. His fastball sat between 71 and 70 mph and is breaking ball spun up there at 58 mph. His lean frame suggests that he is still pretty far from physical maturity and the fact is that not every player develops at the same rate.
