Joseph is a solid MIF with a slightly above average arm, and above average infield actions, very smooth and fluid to ball. At the plate he has a solid flat swing that featured solid balance and the ability to drive ball into gaps. He struck ball well during games collecting hits all over the field. He has balance and good timing, with enough speed to beat out an INF hit and enough pop to get in the gaps.
