Pop times: game 2.10/2.14

Jackson is a solid and well-built catcher with an average to slightly above average arm behind the plate, he featured solid footwork and the ability to block the ball well. Like all young catchers he needs to spend more time in the pen catching pitches and crafting the technique of just catching the ball. His pop times were strong, ranging between 1.97 seconds to 2.14 seconds on both his game throws and his practice round throws. At the plate Jackson swung the bat well with a quick short swing he squared up several game balls for singles or hard hit ground balls. There is a solid future for this young catcher. On the mound Jackson was athletic, and threw strikes, featuring a fastball that ranged between 83 and 78 mph, he also spun up a breaking ball at 68 mph for strikes. Solid two-way player.
