Ryan is a 5'11" infielder with a solid athletic body, who displayed above average footwork and hands during his infield session, along with a solid above average arm. Ryan was also one of the better runners at the event, with above speed on the bases and the ability to cover ground to his left and right in the field.  During his BP he barreled up four of eight pitches he saw and demonstrated he could hit the gaps. His game at-bats included three well-hit balls in five at bats.  Ryan is an athletic player with good baseball skill and fundamentals, which projects well beyond the high school level.
