Eric Is a 6'2" athletic first baseman with a good arm. During his defensive skills session, Eric feature soft hands very capable feet and the ability to be a solid target at first base, he displayed an above average arm from first base with solid accuracy. During his BP session he showed a nice balanced stance and quick hands, and barreled up four of the eight pitches he saw. Eric has a loose swing and quite a bit of power potential that is only now being tapped.  On the mound his fastball was 76-78 mph, with a 67 mph breaking ball. He is strong and with better drive to the plate he will gain more velocity. Definitely one to watch, as he could really come on fast, especially as a hitter.
