Antonio Silvas - '18 Willow Glen HS #11·OF/2B

6'0" 155, L/R, 3.30 GPA

Antonio is a lanky OF/INF with solid to average tools.  His batting practice was solid, he could use some work on his load w/timing as he was inconsistent with it, as many young hitters are. Might have been nerves (which also comes into play with many kids at this stage of development in an environment like BAWS).  His game at-bats were much better as he battled to hit balls hard, as he lined an oppo field single with a great inside half swing. Antonio could use a dose of strength that will come with physical maturity to help assist with his arm strength and first step quickness. A summer arm and speed/strength/agility program is a must for this youngster.
