Very talented all-around player with great baseball body. Likely sticks behind the plate as an offensive/defensive catcher but also competes well on the mound. Consistent pop times from 2.07-2.2, good release and a strong arm. Blocked well, including saving a run by blocking a BID with a runner on 3B. Really swung bat well, has a sweet stroke, good balance and power that plays gap to gap. Lots of hard barrel contact. Very calm, strong, hitterish presence. Short arm action on the mound, catcher arm action, some FB sink and big CB.
