Sort of an incomplete report on Luke because he was really under the weather prior to the event and maybe even the day before he pitched. Really nice frame that will certainly fill out, overhand slot and as his arm action smooths out and he gains better timing, the velocity should tick up easily, good use of legs early in his delivery, FB could use some more movement, CB has good 12/5 shape and tumbling action, a tighter grip can usually turn a tumbler into a breaker.
