Strong and athletic young catcher with chance to be an impact player beyond HS. Balance at the plate with good bat speed and strong hands that all projects for power in the middle of a line-up. Sees the ball well and has good barrel awareness. Quiet receiver with excellent block/recover skills and the arm to throw out runners. Pop times were consistent and he has quick feet and an accurate arm. Eventually will get down to around 1.95 as a thrower.
