First a couple of important intangibles; Matthew is a coach's kid and the younger brother of a college player.  Has an easy stroke, has a chance to hit for avg with an all-field approach and in time power will show up, particularly to the pull side.  Easy swing, very good balance, head is quiet, hands really work  Defensively he plays with good pace, made accurate throws, can work on timing of his footwork at the bag on throws to him.  As a pitcher he showed command to the outer 1/2, has an easy and loose arm.  Young long body that will fill out quite nicely and when he gains some physicality his tools will really show up.
