BAWS Uncommitted 2022 (2023 grads primarily)

BAWS Uncommitted 2022 * Sept. 17, Islanders Field

Islanders Field, home of BAWS Uncommitted '22

Welcome to the info page for BAWS Uncommitted 2022. We are excited about the event as we return to Islanders Field at River Islands in Lathrop.

For BAWS Uncommitted we will have the showcase workout followed immediately by three games (two for each team). Pitchers (POs and 2-way players) will all be scheduled to throw 2-3 innings (modified innings as need be). The roster will be limited to three teams and each roster will be limited, at a maximum, to the following positions (2 C, 1 1B, 1 3B, 3 MIF, 4 OF, 8 P), hitting a full player line-up in each game.

BAWS is the longest running showcase of it's kind in Northern California (established 2004) and PBR is the most respected independent scouting resource in all of amateur baseball in the nation.

Over 900 colleges and pro scouts have subscriptions to PBR, while 45 former BAWSr's have reached the big leagues (Marcus Semien, Joc Pederson, Mitch Haniger, Stephen Piscotty, J.D. Davis, Max Stassi, Dylan Floro, Kris Bubic, & Joe Ross are a few you may know) and nearly 900 former BAWSr's have gone on to D1 baseball, with hundreds others playing at other four-year level programs. That means we've seen a lot of talented kids over the years and have been trusted as contributors on their journeys.

Prep Baseball Report California will once again be scouting and gathering data/stats at BAWS Uncommitted 2022.
