Samuel is a 5'7" middle infielder that is athletic with above average actions in the infield, his arm played slightly below average.  In the games he made solid defensive plays and played with great energy. His BP swings were flat and straight to the ball, Samuel could use more use of his legs and strength (even though he's still young and physically maturing, he's strong for a smaller player). His game swings resulted in three balls that were in the high air due to a steeper swing path and for a smaller player, he has to keep the ball on the ground and on a line.  He's got some barrel thump and can drive the gaps.
