Spencer has a really good built and looks the part of a future college pitcher.  He is lean and well proportioned.  Spencer featured smooth mechanics and pounded both sides of the plate with his FB, he has that lean body with loose arm with more in tank.  He has steadily improved in the times we've seen him at BAWS and there is more to come from him.  He could use more drive off mound to create a bump in velocity and it isn't out of the question to consider that he will bump around the mid-80s this spring.  FB-82-77, BB 72-69
