Tim is an athletic yet compact/strong left-handed pitcher/outfielder.  From the outfield he had average actions and needs some work on his footwork as he approaches ground balls in the OF.  He showed an average to slightly above average arm that can and will improve with better mechanics.  At the plate during batting practice he featured quick hands and a solid approach.  His contact was inconsistent in the zone as he was a little steep to the ball at times.  During the games we saw a few strikeouts and a few hard-hit balls, including one he pounded off the fence in left.  He takes a HEALTHY rip. On the mound he featured a fastball that was 84 mph two 82 mph, Breaking ball that was 67 to 64.  Tim's delivery was smooth and he used both sides of the plate and had a good use of front side and solid stride.  His breaking ball does need some work as it never found the zone (has to get his fingers to the front of the ball better, which will come from simply gathering better and separating on-time). Tim will be a solid two way contributor the spring.
