Kyle is a strong looking athletic middle infielder, who featured average hands an average actions at the shortstop position during the infield session, with an average to slightly above average arm and release. During BP he had a nice solid set-up a swing that featured quick hands, but he did have a slight lift to his swing and found some high air on the balls he did not barrel up as well. In the game, his lift caused two pop-ups to the catcher and a long fly ball to right field along with two hard struck hits. Kyle has a solid swing and once he removes the small lift from it, his hitting will take off.
