Eric is athletic looking infielder with average actions and a slightly above average INF arm.  During batting he practice featured a nice flat swing with a good finish, as he learns to use his backside/legs better during his swing he will drive the ball with more authority, too often his swings had minimal lower half involved. He is in-game swings resulted in some hard-hit balls because he has good hands, but the lack of lower half causes timing issues.
